Abans Service is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in their daily operations and strategic initiatives. This is a great chance to get hands-on experience in various HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including job postings, interviews, and employee transitions.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Contribute to HR projects, research, and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
