Ceegreen Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is a renowned products and services company that has diversified into multiple business segments, including chemicals (water treatment/industrial), engineering equipment, ceramics & sanitaryware, and agribusiness. We are seeking a highly motivated and systematic Operations Executive (Imports/Exports) to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring commercial and administrative purchasing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Manage import and export processes, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
• •Prepare and review shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• •Track shipments, arrange transportation, and resolve delays or issues.
• •Stay updated on import-export regulations and assist in customs clearance matters.
• •Maintain accurate records of transactions and coordinate with Finance for timely payments of duties and charges.
• •Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating deliveries.
• •Assist in analyzing market trends and expanding international trade.
• •Other ad-hoc activities as relevant.

REQUIREMENTS

• •At least 1-2 years of experience in import-export operations and logistics.
• •Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international trade documentation, and Incoterms.
• •A professional qualification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• •Attention to detail and a systematic working method.
• •Ability to communicate and work well within a team.
• •Good communication and writing skills.
