We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for emergency care to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an emergency unit environment. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of surgical procedures.
The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- •BSc in Nursing or a Diploma from a recognized institute.
- •Minimum 1-2 years of clinical or ETU experience.
- •Strong teamwork and excellent PR skills.
- •High level of personal integrity and ability to work under pressure.
- •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- •Preference will be given to candidates residing near Nugegoda.
