Intern – Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and dispatch stock while keeping accurate records of each transaction
• Oversee the packaging facility and labor force to ensure compliance with product standards
• Maintain records of all activities within the facility, ensuring transparency and accountability
• Visit client locations to collect payments, return notes, and goods received notes (GRNs)
• Work closely with the Finance department to resolve documentation issues and outstanding payment disputes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits when necessary
• Team player with a proactive attitude
