Quality Assurance Manager

About Us:

INOAC Polymer Lanka Private Limited, located in Horana - Poruwadanda EPZ, is a fully owned subsidiary of INOAC Corporation, Japan. We have been an integral part of Sri Lanka's industrial landscape since 2011, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality polyurethane foam products for international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product quality and safety across all stages of production.
• Drive department objectives through KPIs and related quality standards efficiently.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous quality improvement.
• Establish and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product conformity.
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
• Keep quality systems up to date with regulatory changes.
• Manage departmental budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee laboratory operations and testing related to polyurethane foams.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and certifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualifying experience in a manufacturing environment of similar scale.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced knowledge in polymer science and technology is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 and business-oriented quality tools and projects.
