Technical Lead – Full Stack

We are a software development company that provides innovative solutions to businesses across industries. Our team is made up of highly skilled developers, designers, and project managers who work together to deliver high-quality software products to our clients. We are looking for a Technical Lead – Full Stack to lead development efforts and ensure performance, scalability, and security.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, and Next.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Work with SQL & NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Implement JWT, OAuth and collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Build responsive Next.js applications focused on performance.
• Lead and mentor developers, enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug full-stack applications.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in full-stack development with Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Next.js, and PHP/Laravel (preferred).
• Strong in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, and testing tools like Jest, Mocha, Cypress.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
