We're Hiring: Stores Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the immediate employment of a Stores Officer at our factory in Ragama.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and update stock records.
  • Issue materials as per department requisitions.
  • Assist with periodic stock counts and audits.
  • Ensure proper labeling, cleanliness, and order in the store.
  • Coordinate with procurement and user departments on stock needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • G.C.E. A/L qualification (Diploma/Certificate in Stores Management or Supply Chain is an advantage).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (hospital or healthcare background preferred).
  • Familiarity with inventory software and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle physical tasks.
