We're Hiring: Executive - Field Training

At Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, we're looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Learning & Development team as an Executive - Field Training. In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in empowering our frontline retail teams by delivering product knowledge and customer service training across our retail network. This role is Head Office-based with extensive island-wide travel to Singer retail outlets.

Job Profile & Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service at Singer retail outlets across the country.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, guides, and visual aids, aligned with new product launches.
• Provide on-the-job training through regular shop visits to reinforce learning and address skill gaps.
• Assess training effectiveness using different methods.
• Collaborate with retail managers to identify training needs and tailor programs for continuous improvement.

Personal Profile:

• Proven experience or involvement in training or learning & development (retail or customer service sectors preferred).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and educate diverse teams.
• Basic technical proficiency to create and adapt training content (e.g., digital tools, visual aids).
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexibly across Sri Lanka.
• A degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field will be an added qualification.
