Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the field of telesales/call center.
  • Willing to work extra hours.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages such as Hindi, Malayalam will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer retention skills.
