IoT Store LK is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Experience and Sales Intern to support our growing retail operations. If you enjoy communicating with people and have a keen interest in modern technology, we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do:
- Handle customer calls and messages via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Assist customers with product selection and the ordering process.
- Provide timely order updates and effective after-sales support.
- Coordinate smoothly with the internal operations team.
- Collect customer feedback and support overall online sales initiatives.
