Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Conduct tender analyses and evaluate contractor/subcontractor bids.
• Administer contract terms with clients and suppliers.
• Manage change orders and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities.
• Prepare interim and final valuation reports, including the certification of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
• Review and certify IPCs in accordance with project progress and contractual terms.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
