IoT Store LK is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Experience and Sales Intern to support our growing retail operations. If you enjoy communicating with people and have a keen interest in modern technology, we would love to hear from you!

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking to build a foundation in customer relations, digital sales, and operations within a dynamic, tech-oriented retail environment.

What you'll do:

• Handle customer calls and messages via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Assist customers with product selection and the ordering process.
• Provide timely order updates and effective after-sales support.
• Coordinate smoothly with the internal operations team.
• Collect customer feedback and support overall online sales initiatives.
