Ai-CHA Ice Cream & Tea is a rapidly expanding global brand known for its trendy drinks and affordable milk teas. With over 2,000 outlets worldwide, we are now strengthening our team in Bambalapitiya. We are looking for energetic, professional, and customer-oriented individuals to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service to ensure a high-quality in-store experience.
• Maintain organized displays, proper stock levels, and overall store cleanliness.
• Accurately handle billing and financial transactions using the POS system.
• Promote current offers to support sales targets and business growth.
• Ensure store safety, report concerns, and proactively minimize stock loss.
• Collaborate effectively with the team for smooth daily operations and punctuality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age between 18 – 30 years.
• Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is a significant advantage.
• Good communication skills in Sinhala or Tamil (Basic English is an added advantage).
• Pleasant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing close to the Bambalapitiya area.
• Prior Barista experience will be considered an added advantage.
