Cenmetrix Pvt Ltd is a premier technology company in Sri Lanka, delivering advanced biometric and security solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate at our Colombo 5 office.

This role is unique as it combines front-end customer interaction with back-end operational data management. If you possess a warm personality and a knack for organized data entry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately input and update contract data into the company's ERP system.
  • Maintain meticulous records of service agreements and related documents.
  • Proactively track key dates and deadlines for contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

Requirements & Prerequisites:

  • A warm and inviting personality with a strong commitment to client service.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
