Customer Support Associate

Cenmetrix Pvt Ltd is a premier technology company in Sri Lanka, delivering advanced biometric and security solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate at our Colombo 5 office.
This role is unique as it combines front-end customer interaction with back-end operational data management. If you possess a warm personality and a knack for organized data entry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately input and update contract data into the company's ERP system.
- Maintain meticulous records of service agreements and related documents.
- Proactively track key dates and deadlines for contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
Requirements & Prerequisites:
- A warm and inviting personality with a strong commitment to client service.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
