In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in strengthening our people, culture, and organizational performance, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team while ensuring operational HR excellence.

Job Description:

Lead and manage the end-to-end HR operations and initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage performance management and talent development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Partner with leadership to drive a positive workplace culture.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Strategic thinker with a people-first mindset.
