Intermediate Level | Full-Time Position

Protonest is seeking an IoT Project Manager to act as a central coordinator across multidisciplinary teams. This role requires a strong understanding of IoT systems and the ability to bridge the gap between hardware, firmware, and cloud application layers to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage the full IoT project lifecycle from initial scoping to final delivery.
Coordinate technical integration across hardware, firmware, cloud, and application layers.
Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal engineering teams, and management.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Translate technical updates into clear business-level reports for stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
Lead and mentor Associate Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or IT.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management.
Experience managing IoT, embedded systems, or hardware–software integration projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in managing project budgets and delivery timelines under pressure.
