Receptionist (Female)

The Havelock Dental Center is a reputable and long-standing dental clinic committed to providing the best oral healthcare. We are seeking a young and motivated female receptionist to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Requirements:
- Age: Between 23 - 35 years.
- Fluency in English is essential. The ability to speak Sinhala and Tamil is a significant advantage.
- Possess good telephone etiquette and basic computer skills, including experience with MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Be customer service-oriented, with a warm, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a dental clinic, hospital, or similar medical setting. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
