Software Support Executive

Cenmetrix Pvt Ltd is a pioneer in the biometrics and security technology sector in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a hands-on, technically proficient Software Support Executive to join our technical team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a mix of software troubleshooting and on-site hardware integration.
As a Software Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' systems—ranging from Access Control to Time Attendance—are installed correctly and functioning at peak performance.
Requirements & Prerequisites:
- A recognized Diploma in Hardware and Networking.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (OS).
- Must possess a valid Motorbike Driving License (for field visits).
- Proven troubleshooting knowledge in technical environments.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (added advantage).
- A proactive attitude towards research and problem-solving.
Primary Job Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain OEM software products.
- Provide timely technical support to customers on-site or remotely.
- Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for client staff.
- Research and implement innovative solutions related to Access Control and Time Attendance technologies.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to improve service standards.
