The Job:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support customer experience efforts, including the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives of the company, by:
- Coordinating projects
- Analyzing customer feedback and surveys
- Evaluating customer outreach efforts
This role also involves collaborating with various teams to enhance service quality and track project progress. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the customer experience function and CSR within a collaborative environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field from a recognized university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and converse effectively with customers.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of both Sinhala and English Languages.
