Assistant Manager - Logistic Centre

The Janet Group, a leader in natural beauty and personal care, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Assistant Manager to take on a demanding role at our Logistic Centre in Panadura. This is a critical position focused on ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory and warehouse operations.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistic & Warehouse Management or an equivalent qualification from a reputed university.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Expertise: Should demonstrate expertise in physical control of inventory, including movement, accuracy, reconciliation, and minimizing wastage.
• Technical: Hands-on experience with an ERP system.
• Skills: Must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Age: Below 35 years.
