Data Entry Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's essential information and supporting overall administrative efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Prepare, compile, and sort information for data entry.
- Review data for accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
- Generate reports, letters, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum G.C.E. (A/L) qualification.
- Proven experience in data entry or office administration will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong typing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
