INTERN - HR

A great opportunity to gain practical exposure to core HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring employee attendance and time records on a daily basis, and support in updating/maintaining accurate attendance databases.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing employee personnel files and all HR documentation.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records efficiently.
  • Help coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the HR team to support day-to-day HR operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Professional Qualification in CIPM will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Benefits & Location:

An attractive remuneration package would be provided to the selected candidate.

Transport facility from Moratuwa / Kaluthara/ Horana / Anguruwathota to the office premises would be provided.
