INTERN - HR
A great opportunity to gain practical exposure to core HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance and time records on a daily basis, and support in updating/maintaining accurate attendance databases.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing employee personnel files and all HR documentation.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records efficiently.
- Help coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HR team to support day-to-day HR operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional Qualification in CIPM will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Transport facility from Moratuwa / Kaluthara/ Horana / Anguruwathota to the office premises would be provided.
