Cenmetrix Pvt Ltd is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in biometrics, security, and digital identity. We are looking for an energetic and professional individual to join our team as an Administration & Guest Experience Officer at our Colombo 5 office.

In this role, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for supporting office administration and ensuring that every staff member and visitor has a positive and professional experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level or Advanced Level qualification.
  • Previous experience in office administration and customer or guest relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations and welcome visitors with professionalism.
  • Coordinate general office administrative tasks and maintain workplace efficiency.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries and staff support.
  • Ensure all office communications are handled promptly and accurately.
