WE'RE HIRING! Back Office Assistant


A key administrative and operational support role focused on efficient back-end processes.

This position is responsible for assisting in day-to-day deliverables such as report generation, system maintenance, data entry, customer service, reconciliations, filing, and bank end operational work in order to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

  • G.C.E O/L as the minimum educational background.
  • Previous work experience in a back-office or administrative capacity is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently & under pressure.
  • Ability to perform well as a team member.
  • Should be aged below 30 years.
  • Preferably seeking Male candidates located in Colombo and nearby suburbs.

Work Arrangement:

  • The position is located in Colombo 3.
  • No accommodation provided.
