At Seconds Colombo, we pride ourselves on delivering amazing dining experiences. We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Helper to play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Support chefs and cooks by preparing and stocking ingredients as needed.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and assist with general kitchen cleaning duties.
• Ensure that kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions.

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
