What You'll Do:
As a Business Analyst in product delivery, you will work closely with our clients and delivery teams, guiding them on their digital transformation journey. You will ensure successful outcomes and optimal use of Fortunaglobal's platform.
You will focus on a dynamic and evolving environment, characterized by rapid development, continuous client feedback, requirements gathering workshops, and configuring/customizing our digital engagement platform to meet client needs.
In This Role, You Will:
- •Act as Product Owner for project teams, providing guidance to ensure optimal product adoption and client satisfaction.
- •Be the expert on Fortunaglobal's platform, managing client expectations, and helping teams enhance features for go-live success.
- •Analyze, capture, and prioritize requirements through workshops and client engagements.
- •Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their needs are understood and met.
- •Own the functional requirements through use case specifications and user stories.
- •Stay informed about digital trends, locally and globally, in Fintech.
Who You Are:
- •Empathetic and customer-focused, always considering the client's perspective.
- •5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, ideally in digital transformation within Banking, FinTech, Capital Markets, or similar sectors.
- •Experienced in Agile environments, embracing continuous feedback and iteration.
- •Proficient in transforming client requirements into working digital solutions.
- •Familiar with business process modeling and digital operations impact.
- •Collaborative, with experience working in global teams across regions.
