Key Responsibilities
- •Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- •Provide technical support to users and ensure timely issue resolution.
- •Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations.
- •Perform routine system maintenance and upgrades as needed.
- •Document technical problems and solutions for future reference.
- •Support ongoing IT projects and contribute to process improvements.
- •Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
