Corporate Affairs Coordinator
Are you a detail-driven professional with a finance/accounting background and a knack for managing day-to-day operations? Do you excel at managing administrative affairs to support core operations?
What are we looking for?
- Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports and budgets, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Track and manage key financial data, ensuring accuracy in reporting, tax filings, and external audit coordination.
- Keep our customer relationship management (CRM) database organized and up to date, ensuring data integrity and generating insightful reports for sales performance tracking.
- Manage suppliers and contracts, supporting seamless sales administration and smooth client transactions.
- Draft clear and professional communications, reports, and documentation to support management in various reporting and communication needs.
- Provide executive support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating administrative tasks efficiently.
- Support sales teams with scheduling, event organization, and performance reporting to enhance efficiency.
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting, business administration, management, or a related field and/or relevant work experience in similar roles.
- Preferably 1–5 years of experience in account management, CRM, and management in the consulting sector.
- Strong foundational understanding of accounting, record keeping, and financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team without supervision based on role requirements.
- Self-accountability and discipline to work remotely on assignments.
