Customer Service Assistant

Experience: 2–4 years | Working Hours: UK Time | Weekend Availability Required

Job Overview:

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Our client is an established, award-winning fashion business based in London. We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive, and motivated customer service professional to support ongoing business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and address customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction
• Provide expert answers on products, pricing, and availability
• Present product value to customers and support portfolio promotion
• Meet customer service sales targets and generate leads when possible
• Follow internal communication protocols with minimal supervision

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a customer service environment
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in E-commerce backend systems (an added advantage)
• Ability to work in a UK time-based environment
• Availability to work on weekends
