Intern - Human Resources (Dankotuwa)
You Will:
- Assist with recruitment by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support onboarding by preparing materials and helping new hires integrate.
- Get involved in executing training programs and engagement activities.
- Provide support in other HR initiatives.
Are You?
- A fresh graduate or an undergraduate in a bachelor's degree in Business Management or HR.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications.
- A good team player and communicator.
- An inspiring contriver.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
