We Are Hiring: Creative Designer

Rainco Private Limited is looking for a Creative Designer to join our team.

Career Profile & Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations and logo redesigns.
• Explore new printing and customization options and coordinate sampling.
• Ensure designs meet production and print specifications.
• Work closely with the sublimation unit to ensure high-quality, on-time production.
• Manage internal sublimation, laser, and other product-related value additions.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and adapting to changes.

Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Creativity and innovation.
• Proficiency in design and editing.
• Good time management.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A Diploma in Printing Technology (Screen, Digital, Sublimation & Pad Printing) will be an added advantage.
