We Are Hiring: Intern within Radio Network Planning and Optimization

UEXPLUS, partnered with Elabram Telecommunications, is currently on the lookout for an **Intern within Radio Network Planning and Optimization** with a basic to mid-level understanding of GSM, WCDMA, 4G LTE, and 5G NR networks to join our dynamic team. We are at the forefront of the telecommunications industry, renowned for our commitment to cutting-edge technology, operational excellence, and customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in radio network optimization for GSM, WCDMA, 4G LTE, and 5G NR networks, focusing on coverage and interference analysis, under supervision from senior engineers.
• Utilize various tools to perform basic analysis and troubleshooting for RF optimization, learning to interpret statistic performance data and drive test results.
• Support the management of optimization activities, including helping with the coordination of drive test teams and understanding the process of analyzing drive test results.
• Contribute to the establishment of reporting structures on project progress, under guidance, to help monitor deliverables, timelines, and budget adherence.

What We Look For:

• Currently following a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proficient in using a computer and generating daily reports.
• Basic understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and NR is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills in English.
