Ferentino Tyre Corporation (Private) Limited is a global tyre manufacturing organization, headquartered in Colombo 03, with a production facility at Wagawatta, Horana. We deploy state-of-the-art technology and innovative technical know-how to deliver sustainable and world-class tyre products.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee - Planning to join Ferentino Tyre Corporation (Pvt) Ltd.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet demand forecasts and customer requirements
• Support monitoring of raw material and finished goods inventory levels
• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries
• Maintain planning documentation, schedules, and reports with accuracy and consistency
• Learn ERP and planning systems such as SAP
• Contribute to the preparation of performance metrics and KPIs for planning activities

Requirements:

• Degree in a Science-related discipline
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
