We're Hiring: QA Supervisor

Plastipak Lanka Ltd is seeking a QA Supervisor to join their team in Seeduwa. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in quality assurance or production supervision within a manufacturing environment, particularly in the textile or packaging industry.

Education:

• Diploma or NVQ Level 4 or above in Textile Technology, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or production supervision in a manufacturing environment (textile or packaging industry is an added advantage).
• Exposure to ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, or FSMS) is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of quality inspection and reporting procedures.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain documentation.
• Familiarity with 5S, basic root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
